History
After steelworker Tony Woodwar assaulted a female at his work a riot ensued. His angry co-workers threw him into a vat of molten steel. The vat contained scrps from STAR labs that had undergone unkonwn experimentation. Woodward arose from the vat in a metallic form he calls 'Girder'.
