History
Kevin Masterson's father was the first Thunderstrike. Growing up, he was always seeing heroes. When visiting New York, Jarvis gave the Thunderstrike to Kevin as a momento. Loki then sent trolls to retreve it for him, thus creating the New Avengers, protecting Kevin and the Thunderstrike weapon. They were wisked away to an island and Loki tried to drain the powers from Thunderstrike. Kevin grabbed the Thunderstrike and thus turned into Thunderstrike. He is current in a parallel dimension to get to know his father's opposite self as well as given his Thunderstrike.
