Could Daredevil evade the Predator's shoulder cannon blasts? Maybe. The throwing disk and harpoon, definitely. But larger area effect things, like the Pred's net, might give him more trouble.

When it comes down to hand-to-hand fighting, I can see it going either way. Matt's probably faster, but the Pred's stronger and tougher.

I think a key thing will, as always, be the environment. Is this Pred hunting in Hell's Kitchen? Matt knows every inch of that place, so he'd know where to lead the Pred so he can maintain an advantage, both in terms of getting the high ground and leading it into impromptu traps (making it punch a wall where an electrical junction box is on the other side, or a semi-corroded steam pipe so it gets a face full of steam, etc.).

Since you said Predator, my first though is to do "Aliens vs. [something]," but Marvel already has their version of the Aliens, in The Brood. But those stick mostly with the X-Folks. So... Because they were sped up and out of phase with normal time, no one saw them except for Gladiator who was able to speed himself up to confront them normally. Everyone else continued along with their business while Thor went one-on-one with Gladiator to keep him occupied, and it was a fairly even match up which only ended because Thor started hurling lightning and Gladiator was using his heat vision; and She-Thing broke it up before they accidentally ignited the insanely huge arsenal they were fighting in the middle of and wiped out the entire planet.

The Eric Masterson version of Thor, who seemed a bit more inept and possibly not quite as strong as regular Thor, also took on Gladiator and (I thought I recalled barely) holding his own, though Gladiator called him out for dishonorable tactics unbecoming of a warrior. Still, in the end, he won.
