Looking for a write up on DC's Firestorm (original version) The below was copied from another website that gave only this write up for the character. My question is, how to convert this into MSH ? I am thinking not so much of using original Firestorm himself, but rather postulating a human mutant with these powers. That's a poor write-up for Ronnie. Classic Firestorm had none of the listed restrictions particularly a need to know chemistry (he also had some of Martin's genius 'rub off' on him due to their being merged so often). He could easily do things like convert an object into a hot air balloon or other complex devices. It wasn't until after all the reboots and changes and the Fire Elemental stuff and Ronnie getting the powers back without being merged that he was super-nerfed and even had them dumb him down to where he almost couldn't do anything with his powers.
