Construction: Defensor is a trained construction worker and has Good Reason when it comes to constucting structures, buildings and operating heavy equipment.

Martial Arts B: Defensor has Remarkable Fighting when it comes to unarmed hand to hand combat.

Blunt and Thrown Weapon: Defensor has Remarkable Fighting and agility when using blunt and thrown weapons respectively.

Multi-lingual: (English, Spanish): Defensor speaks both languages fluently.

He is dressed like a conquistador.

Defensor believes that he is a Latin charmer. He is always trying to sweep women off of their feet. His chivalrous attitude toward women sometimes comes across as chauvinistic. He especially has problem working with female heroes, he is always trying to protect them

• Vibranium Shield: Defensor uses a Vibranium alloy shield. Incredible material stength.
  • Thrown Weapon: Defensor can throw his shield up to 3 areas away, causing up to Incredible-40 blunt damage.
  • Protection: The shield provides Unearthly protection against concussive force attacks (sonics, shock waves, force beams, etc.) and negates any Slam/Stun effects. It provides Incredible protection against other physical or Energy attacks, and these can Stun or Slam Defensor.
•  Vibranium Armor: Defensor's armor is the same matterial as the shield.
  • Enhancement: Defensors armor contains small servo-motors that simulate muscle movement and increase the wearer's strength by a factor of 10. The Maximum strength level is unknown but for Defensor it is currently Remarkable-30. Health increases accordingly,
  • Protection: The armor provides identicle protection as the shield.

Gabriel Sepulveda was a construction worker operating an excavating machine digging the foundation for an appartment building in his hometown of Cordoba, when he unearthed the entrance to a hidden underground passageway. reporting his find to his foreman, Sepulveda was told to ignore it and proceed. That night, Sepulveda snuck back to the construction site with a flashlight and a rope, and began to explore. he soon discovered that there was a labyrinth of seemingly man-made catacombs, some of which opened into chambers of ancient machinery. In one of the chambers he found a suit of armor, resembling that of the Spanish conquistadors of the 14th century, connected to one of the strange machines. Deciding to take it with him as prof of the wonders he had uncovered, he disconected the armor from the machine and put it on so he would not have to carry it. Suddenly attacked by a horde of subterranean creatures, Sepulveda realized the hidden powers of the strange armored suit he wore. Eventually making his way bach to the surface, Sepulveda decided to use the armor to be a champion of the people. the next day, he returned to the construction site and found that he passageway had been sealed during the battle. He has not yet learned who constructed the armor or dug the underground chambers.

Defensor was later killed by the hero-killer Zeitgeist, during his rampage against of the heroes of South America.
