Journalism: Le Peregrine is a writer and journalist, he has Excellent ability to edit himself and Excellent intuition when it comes to the investigative end of Journalism. He knows small time criminals, weirdos and freaks of all shapes and sizes that feed him information.

Multi-Lingual: Le Peregrine speaks French and English fluently.

Early in his career he seemed arrogant and believed that he was the best when it came to aerial combat. He also was boastfully proud of his country displaying a patriotism matched only by a few others, such as Captain America.

However Peregrine's personality has shifted in the past few years. He has become a mercenary and no longer cares about limiting his operations to France, moving about where Sable's assignments or an adventure takes him. He has mellowed, his arrogance has abated, a little.

Flight Suit:

Le Peregrine wears a specially designed flight suit made of some sort of lightweight material that seems to resist scuffs, tears and abrasions: It is a Remarkable material that provides no specific protection vs. physical or energy, but does afford him Good protection vs. Heat and Cold from the elements, it is also shielded vs. EMP at Remarkable ability.

•  Flight: The flight power incorporates an anti-gravity generator system which emits and controls anti-gravitons, enabling him to counteract gravitational attraction. He wears glider-wings that contain small hydrazine and nitrous oxide-fueled jet turbines that afford propulsion. He can fly at Excellent speeds and may glide at Typical to conserve fuel if needed.
• Cybernetic cowling: Le Peregrine's abilities are controled through a cybernetic cowling that covers his head, but not his face. This gear also provides the following abilities:
• Flight Goggles: Extractive polycarbonate transitional lenses: They provide Excellent protection vs. the glare from bliding attacks, bugs hitting him in the face and the glare from the sun. They darken when exposued to bright light (Ultraviolet rays cause activation) and will even darken behind the windshield of a car or plane.
• Radar: Le Peregrine has a radar rig in the cowling and should be considered to have Good Radar for the purposes of navigation, being attacked and attacking others. He has an IFF (Indetify Friend or Foe) system built into the radar to keep track of who is who.
• Radar-Jamming Device: Le Peregrine's suit emits a radar jamming signal against outside sources at Excellent ability.

Other Specialized equipment: While working with the Wildpack, he has access to the following equipment.

• Ammonium bromide gas grenades (to induce unconsciousness): Excellent endurance feat or KO for d10 rounds
• Napalm bolas: Remarkable fire damage for D10 rounds on a sucessful hit.
• Taser darts: Excellent endurance fear or KO for D10 rounds on a sucessful hit.
• Thermite grenades: Remarkable heat damage in a 1 area range effect.
• Electromagnetic scrambler: Releases an EMP burst of Excellent ability scrambling shielded electronics for d10 rounds and destroying non-shielded electronic devices. 2 area range.

Silver Sable, the Wildpack, Sandman, Hawkeye and Shamrock.

Peregrine was recruited by the Grandmaster for his Contest of Champions. He opposed Angel but was defeated. Some time later, Peregrine encountered Silver Sable, who asked him to become her French operative. Le Peregrine completed several successful missions for Silver Sable International. He completed a mission alongside Hawkeye to recover a nuclear warhead. He continued to work for Silver Sable and also worked independently as the national protector of France. Peregrine was one of the many mercenaries reluctantly hired by the French government to prevent more American unregistered heroes from illegally entering the country. He was supported by the French Armed Forces in his task. He is known to have intercepted Raptor over the Bay of Biscay, during a massive incursion of refugees.
