Just had this thought pop into my head while reading Evil, Inc.: super-villains marketing toys and the like featuring them. I mean you'd think SOME of them would want to cash in on their likeness like with Halloween Costumes. Obviously in-universe Marvel Comics for example is not going to own the likeness for Dr. Doom or Magneto so aren't likely to be able to readily get away with selling costumes and toys featuring them without some kind of licensing agreement. Just because they're villains doesn't mean that they can't own the copyright to their distinctive likeness after all or profit off of it. Considering that even in the real world people like to own such things and even own stuff owned by real villains (particularly serial killers) I would think someone like Green Goblin could actually make money off that kind of thing, and some of the lower list villains as well.
