Excellent write ups which really show the depth of these comedic characters that have been on TV almost as long as the Simpsons. I would have to say that the teens would have a higher rank in fighting when the plot suits them. (For example, when Meg and Brian took down their entire high school in the lunchroom)

Meg and Chris, not Brian, took down the whole cafeteria in a Family Guy take on one hella brutal fight scene from the movie Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014). While it could be a one scene only joke, however, I could see Chris having a little bit of the berserker power that Wolverine used to fall victim to when his bloodlust set in... and Meg went to prison and became a hardened convict who completely brutalized Peter, so she definitely has some fighting skills.

American Dad next? Stan in particular is a very good and tough physical fighter even though he has some fairly crippling psychological limitations.
And Roger the Alien would be a very intriguing writeup given his dissociative identity disorder and "Personas" as he calls them. At one point we see his secret HQ for persona manufacture and it seems to have Remarkable resources.

Peter is easily stronger than the rest. Lois has stated that he's strong enough to lift the rest of the family. Perhaps giving him Excellent strength. His weight varies from around 270 - 330, all of which would come under Gd (10) intensity.

I'd also think that Brian is smarter than everyone except Stewie (and possibly Meg) - he only needed one credit to graduate Brown University, and thats not the easiest place to get into. maybe R:Gd (10)?
