About a month ago i came across this comic and got intrigued by the one off rogue mutant, ex KGB assassin turned drug lord who faces off against wolverine, dazzler and a dozen KGB agents sent to kill him in the Florida swamps and comes off second best. He puts in a pretty impressive performance considering all that he has stacked against him.
So in the fight he dodges wolverines attack, to dazzlers surprise, and then hits wolverine at the same time as wolverine hit him with a massive gutting rip with his claws. He then limps off into the swamp and is killed by oz chases dog Cerberus biting him in the throat. He had already been fighting those KGB agents so might have taken some damage there too.
As for powers he has an energy emission and control. These blasts seem to fry their victims leaving them sort of bbqed. Possibly electricity? He also can seem to control direction and movement, being able to hit the ground at his feet and a blast come up from under his opponent, or to guide the direction of an orb of energy through the air with a wave of his hand.
