Background: An X military drone operator, Sam has become a freelance villain for hire with a host of non-lethal gadgets to aid him. Sam likes to have fun with his victims, but reframes from causing serious injury unless force to fight.

Custom battle suit: Dressed as an Uncle Sam in a battle suit to disguise his identity. The suit offers excellent protection vs. physical, chemical, heat, cold and acid attacks. The suit has the ability to complete seal over the entire body and head when needed keeping the air and smells out. It has a hidden go pro like camera, and some internal computers for various operations.

Pod like cases or

Paste Pods: Remarkable strength. Uncle Sam has a paste gun that comes out of his wrist that can fire a stream of paste or a pod of paste to stop foes in their tracks.
Stink Bombs pods. Sam can toss stink bombs with excellent intensity. The smell is so strong ( 3x worse than a skunk ) those who stay in the area must make a psyche feat roll or flee. And if they remain its -1CS on all actions.
Coloring Smoke Bomb Pods: This gas like bomb has good ability to irate the eyes upon impact, and excellent ability to stain skin or hair with a tattoo like effect that quickly changes the targets color. Pink, Mustard Yellow, and Brunt Orange are among Sam’s favorites. The effects of the smoke last 6 months.
Libido killer pod : A pod of gas that has incredible ability to kill libido's. Duration 6 months. No cure.

Acid fluid Spray. This spray has incredible level acid with an unknown molecular compound that can literally eat through Incredible Material or less. Often used for Bank Robberies or to escape entrapment. If used on a human, animal or machine, the damage is on the incredible level.
Hand Taser gloves. Up to Remarkable electricity stunning capability/ damage. Sam can set the damage level from feeble to Remarkable. Used when hand to hand combat is necessary.
Jet Boots: Sam's boots offer typical flight powers with a range of 10 miles.

Audio device. This device captures voices, which can be re-programed and used by Sam. Essentially he can sound like anyone on earth by activating it. Often used to confuse, or manipulate people in conversation on the phone or in person. Sam has over 10.000 voices to use, many of which are politicians, super hero's, police men, famous people, or wealthy people.
Drone Spy. Sam has two Drone spies . One is a 8" cube used in urban settings the other resembles a large Bald Eagle in gliding type of flight. On lookers are often fooled as the Eagle looks sounds and acts real.. The drones have a world-class camera for video, photography ( 3,000X zoom lenses ) , and magnifying microphone. In addition the drone can drop a pod of Sam's choice with laser targeting accuracy. The range of operation is 100 miles and the height of operation is 10,000 feet. Each drone has good air speed. The primary use is for illegal photography of celebrates, black mail, and recognizance. Sam has dirt on many heroes, and often sends them email or video which can be released to the media as a get out of jail free card. Sam once received an obscure presidential pardon.
Hacking computer: Amazing ability to clog up any network with millions of bots,. Amazing ability to intercept video or audio feed, and edit to his liking. Amazing malware spying software. Sam’s video parodies are cult classics among the underworld.
