The Cuckoo Bird is an eccentric villain, often stealing an item, and replacing it with a replica. He also takes great pleasure in embarrassing people, and sometimes appears to do heroic things to keep his popularity high. His battle suit resembles a Cuckoo Bird.

Suit abilities:

Remarkable airspeed: Remarkable level speed, Incredible level control. The Cuckoo Bird seems to defy the laws of aerodynamics, able to quickly stop, start, or turn beyond what any human aircraft can duplicate. No external noise is made while flying, and the suit has a built-in oxygen mask and navigator to stay above 12 feet to prevent falls

Good Night and telescopic vision. Enhanced hearing and earplugs ( Good )

Hard rubber gauntlets with Talons, Excellent Edged or Good Blunt Damage.

Body Armor: Kevlar weave. Excellent protection vs. physical, good vs. heat, cold, and electricity.

Sonic Sound, Remarkable intensity, sounds just like a cuckoo bird. A good level sonic attack, often used when a more powerful foe grabs him. Green Endurance Feat roll needed to avoid being stunned for 1-3 rounds.

Hobbies: Sell and Installs cuckoo clocks, often with hidden video and audio features. Sometimes he will mail a clock to a person, who might take the anonymous donation.

Weakness: Richard Simile is insane, and disdains other flying villains or superheroes. -1CS to reason when confronting another flying being with wings. He is also claustrophobic, and fears being captured.
