Blackadder 1 is pretty bad in all statistics, and he isn't even particularly intelligent. He compulsively lies which would be a limitation but he escapes most situations through a mixture of Cunning Plans and Luck.
Blackadder 2 is equivalent to a minor nonpowered supervillain in Marvel but he definitely has all the traditional Talents of an Elizabethan gentleman, as well as Quips - able to insult people to the point they make mistakes; and the ability to Lie Convincingly. He is a classic antihero and is definitely above average intellect by a step or two.
Blackadder 3 is highly intelligent, multilingual, extremely quick to instinctively find the right lie to tell, and is fairly convincing or persuasive when lying. He also wins and lose vast Resources so at any one time he might have zero Resources or Excellent Resources. His Contacts are also extremely extensive and include specialists in virtually every field. At the end of the series he has become the king in waiting / prince regent and as such has the entire resources of the British Empire as well as all his old contacts.
Blackadder 4 is a trained officer of the British Army and a veteran of its African campaigns. That makes him, despite his constant undercutting of himself, a bit tasty in a fight. He is familiar with all equipment and weaponry of his army and knows the King's Regulations backwards. He has very good instincts (whether he follows them or not) and is, when pushed, extremely courageous. He is also able to think on his feet incredibly rapidly making him virtually immune to the effects of surprise.
Blackadder 1, 2 and 3 would most likely be Villains, Blackadder 4 is definitely a Hero, albeit one with a real edge, similar in moral murkiness to an authentic version of Wolverine though for different reasons.
