Endorphin control and laughter control. April Fool's has Monstrous ability to make anyone laugh as hard as they possibly by tapping into their conscious and subconscious minds and controlling the chemicals and parts of the body linked into humor. Only those with amazing psyche's or better who make a green feat roll can overcome this. Otherwise, he has his victim for 2-20 rounds of action of uncontrollable laughter! His power is so profound he can make everyone roll with uncontrollable laughter on the ground at the saddest funeral.

As a power stunt, April Fool's can use his laughter power as a person is attempting to do something, and within a 1/10th of a second, cause uncontrollable laughter at -7CS on all actions. In the past, he has used this power to cause Batman to drive into a pile of cow manure, Captain America to knock himself out with a sheild return catch, and made Professor X wet his pants during a speech.

Pain tolerance: April Fools can either increase or decrease his or another person's tolerance to pain at the Remarkable level. This can last up to 5 days. He uses this power to fund a small but very lucrative acupuncture practice for the super-rich.

Facial Manuplitaion, morphing, and control April first can change his facial features and is skilled at all comedic expressions. Used for his alter ego comedy ( Johnny Hung Long ) and for disguise.

Mind reading / Mental suggestions - This power is at the excellent where an unsuspecting target would do something without knowing it. For example, he could make someone eat something that normally makes a person ill. Or he can make someone do something where the directions read DO NOT. You get the idea. April Fools can also read minds, but needs to be within 5 miles of the victim. The victim is unaware of the suggestion or and must make a green psyche feat roll to avoid the suggestion. For reasons unknown, the suggestion power can only work once per day on an individual. This power has caused endless joy to April Fools. Lately, he is making a person running for President extremely gaffe-prone in one of the multiverses.

Multiverse travel. By harnessing on some unknown wavelength and energy source that surrounds the universe, April fools can shift his physical, mental, and spiritual body to be part of any universe, dispersing out of thin air and reappearing to another universe of his choice. A reason why he's nearly impossible to capture. He can also take a person with him and has done so, transporting Batman to the Marvell Universe, just for kicks. Other times he as taken the Mortal Combat Universe and forced them to fight with the DC Universe. Some of the realities are so profound that April Fools has been warned by an unknown cosmic entity never to talk about, or suffer the ultimate consequences.

Those who have seen him live describe a talent that is Richard Pryor, Geroge Carlin, Petter Sellers, Sam Kinnison, Eddie Murphy and Jerry Seinfeld combined on their best nights. In other words, he's funny live beyond belief. Of coruse, this is with April Fool's laughter power and facial shapeshifting powers adding to the punchline. Without his laughter power, he's still pretty darn funny

Weakness: for some unknown reason, April Fool's has a 1 in a 100 chance of having his laughter powers backfire on himself. This happens when a 12 is rolled.
