Game World Overview: The Earth-3113 is a street level game set in Seattle, Washington, in the year 2009. It revolves around a team of superhumans gathered by the mysterious man known only as Psion... who seems to know a great deal about the heroes he called together. They'll be battling everything from street thugs to Yakuza to Mafioso to the Hand...

Character Generation Guidelines: 350 Character Point Builds

FASERIP Abilities: Point for Point. IE, an Incredible Fighting would cost 40 points.

Resources: Double the rating. IE, a Remarkable Resources would cost 60 points.

Powers: Rating plus 20. IE an Incredible power would cost 60 points. Double cost for starred powers.

Talents and Contacts: 5 points each.

Special Equipment: Varies. Contact me and we can discuss what exactly you want. Keep in mind that a higher Resource rank is often necessary to justify having hyper expensive and or special equipment.

Weaknesses: Your character may have weaknesses which will give you more building points to build your character with, to a maximum of 50 extra points. Bonus points vary from weakness to weakness, but here are a few examples.

1. If your power(s) can be taken away from you (ie you rely on gadgets and otherwise have no superpowers or wear a suit of some sort that bestows your powers... perhaps you have a magical sword that gives those powers), you get 15 bonus points. This is known as the "Alter Ego" weakness.

2. If a substance or attack deals more damage to you than normal, such as a weakness to fire, electricity or silver, you get 15 points if that substance deals +1CS damage, 30 points if it does +2CS damage and 50 points if it does +3CS damage. Note that such a weakness would also bypass any defenses you may have, such as armor or body resistance. Choose this weakness carefully.

For other weaknesses, just ask me and we can determine an appropriate amount of bonus points. I've decided on 350 points, so if you have 50 points
worth of weaknesses, that's a max of 400 points.

Now that the heroes have been gathered, one among them seems to have reservations and fears that her being a mutant may color the others' views on her. As the others try to reassure her, something strange happens...

*Psion clasped his hands together and smiled. He seemed pleased*

"Excellent. I'm glad we all understand one another well... we will soon transition to our main headquarters. Thank you all for your patience.".

*Outside, unseen by the gathered heroes, something stirred in the night. Dark clad figures could be seen sneaking deftly toward the warehouse... their footfalls silenced as though the very night were swallowing the sounds up. From the Sound, several dark cowled heads broke the surface of the water and stealthily moved up the shore, the figures from all around climbing the sides of the warehouse by means of metal climbing claws affixed to their hands. Across the back of each figure could be seen a sheathed blade of some kind, the hilts and handles as black as the rest of their garb*

*Inside, Psion continued to speak to the gathered would-be heroes*

"In time the scum within this city will come to fear our names... they will rue the day they decided that a life of evil was right for them. They--"

*But Psion did not get to complete his sentence as the skylight and side windows exploded inward, rappelling lines dangling from various spots in the walls and ceiling of the warehouse, and the ninjas began to pour inside in droves, the dim light within the compound providing little light to fight in. Psion looks surprised as the assailants who have made it onto the ground draw their weapons menacingly and shout "Kyai" in unison, the battlecry echoing throughout the chamber. The group's secret seems to be in jeopardy. What will this mean for our heroes?*
