Character notes
1) Read the Key Points first, these are key people, places, and events. (see below)
2) Your character is a surviving heroes of the war.
3) You may have had your powers/skills before the war or got them during.
4) Technology is limited when it comes to internet and wifi.
5) Resource levels will be played differently, but the high it is the more "money" you have.
6) We will be using the points system (Seen Here) and quirks (here)
7) You will have 450 points with up to 50 negative points (from limitations, weaknesses, or negative quirks)
8) You will be able to buy power stunts, rules here.
Notable Facts about the world
This will be a world based on my knowledge of the DCU and my own personal story line.
Heroes/ Villains
-Most big name heroes and villains died during the war. Sollertis saw them as a threat and slowly took them out, if you want to be mentored by a hero let me know and we can talk.
-Secondary heroes and villains as the same with the bigger names were killed off, but lot more survived
-New Heroes (You guys) were some of the worlds last severing heroes.
DM Made People
Sollertis: The mastermind behind the 2 Year War. Thou many thought he took the world by force, they never know he was placing his people where they needed to be for more then 7 years. He never dealt with any affairs personally. He died by the hands of a young hero that never named himself, but once Chernobyl Tower went down a live feed showing Sollertis fighting the young hero in a death battle in his Cathedral.
Sniper: A master of strategy and weapons, but best known for his handmade rifle. This is Sollertis' right hand man and the man that pulled the wet jobs to place his people where they needed to be. He feel to the hands of a assassin Simply known as Nexus (not to be confused with the hero Nexus) and his team.
Rachel: Thou she is not skill in combat she is very knowledgeable in almost everything else, she seems to have a way with words almost to good. Some have said she has been able to just talk you in to anything. She placed herself into the UN as a repetitive of Canada. She was able to place her own people where she needed them to shut most governments down from the inside. It is known she was married to Sollertis, but no one has seen her sense the death of Sollertis.
New York
-Battle for Niagara Falls: Was the longest and bloodiest battles of the war lasting nearly a year, Heroes and Villeins new and old stood against Sollertis' forces. On the final day of the battle it was said a young man stood in the middle of the Falls and from behind him the water rose in to the sky and formed a monster from the water. Only the spoken words of the man are known, "May the souls of my friends and allies take form and fight once more!"
-New York City: Unlike most of the larger cities of the world that where hit fast and hard by Sollertis' army, New York was attacked by one of Sollertis' higher generals simply known as The Necromancer she set a plague that turned 99% of the city in to the undead. This became known as the Dead Lands.
Africa
-Sollertis' army allied with warlords in Africa to set up a device that would block any residence forces communications. There where reports that Sollertis sent his general Chernobyl to "run" the operations, but the reports say the he meet his end by the Unknown Arcmage and his fellow mages.
Gotham
- one of the few major cities left uncontrolled by Sollertis, but without the protection of the Batman and family it feel into a gang ruled city now split between Gotham's Valkyries, Penguin's Army , and Chuckles' Clown Freaks.
-The innocent people that live inside these territories fear for there lives everyday. Only a small group try to keep people safe from the Ganges.
Metropolis
-During the 2 Year War the once great city was one of the first to fall to (bad guy), and be converted in to the biggest Robot factory in North America. Some say the total demolition of the robot factory was the hand of a single Hero, and could be heard for miles away. All that stands now are piles of ruble and a single slab of rock that has one word carved into it. "Boom!"
