To keep up with current escalation of all the Marvel / DC / Game / Pop-Culture Media... You can basically say Hawkeye has access to the 'BEST' archery equipment available to him in his world...
However, it's not the Equipment and Tech that makes Hawkeye bad-ass .... It's Hawkeye who's BAD-ASS
Re-purposing an Archery Bow as a melee weapon is fairly simple... Bolt-on a curved samurai blade to the Bow's frontal body ... or have a double ended curved samurai blade and mount a flexible cord from tip to tip...
Either way, you could justify him carrying a Bow of at least EX:20 upto IN:40 Material Durability, and being able to slice'n'dice much like a samurai sword or short bladed staff.
(However, Hawkeye tends to favor an Archery Set that folds up and is cancelable)
Using the Bladed-Bow in a melee action would most likely give Hawkeye [+1CS] to his hit probability on his Fighting Stat while declaring his Talents in Martial Arts A and E (Advantage and Environment) = RM:30 to IN:40 Feat Roll
And maybe [+1CS] to his Strength for Damage: (GD:10 + [1CS] = EX:20 Bladed Damage with kill results)
But really all of this is sort of irrelevant since he can already launch off 3 Arrows per Game Round at a higher hit probability of AM:50 with Damages and Payloads based off the Arrow Heads rather than his Strength. (Some of his Arrows pack MN:75 impact)
Most Archery ranges are standardized at about 75 to 100 feet ...
Hawkeye's profile page states he has an accurate shooting distance of '7 Areas'
On Marvel's Area Table this is just a tad over 1000 Feet...
If you use Areas in 10x10x10 Feet this is around 70 Feet
It's a safe bet to say Hawkeye's accurate range is about 100 Feet and the accuracy diminishes [-1CS] each area beyond until the arrow falls or hits an unintended object.
I don't recall Hawkeye using Laser Guided Sights, Scopes, Optics, or Drones... His normal vision is just REALLY sharp (He can read Newspaper print from ridicules ranges)...
With his natural eyesight being that good he'd also be VERY GOOD the normal guns and firearms...
