Well… I recently seen ‘X-Men: First Class’ which was actually a decent movie….


I’d have to say the battle between Magneto and Sebastian Shaw was quite good… Not necessarily the ‘Action’ or their final Apex battle, but the deep-seeded hate and animosity that Sebastian Shaw planted inside Erik Lensherr…


Very excellent reasons to why Erik Lensherr would have his extreme views on humanity….

And Magneto’s relationship with Charles Xavier and the X-Men….

Ooh, Superman and Batman beating up Luthor's conscripted Supers (led by Captain Atom) and later Captain Marvel...Well, pretty much every fight scene was awesome...

Loved the Hulk vs. Wolverine cartoon movie...

I loved that they quoted the actual comic book debut of Wolverine in a issue of the Hulk back in the day....

Blade’s fight scenes pretty much illustrated what it would be like if Ken Shamrock had the Strength of Doc Samson….

Nice! Thanks for sharing this information. My kids like to read comics at times. I was thinking of adding some nice shows by Andy Yeatman to the watch list for them so that it can be a change for them. However, I am going to do that after I share this information with them.

Batman v Superman wan't a good movie, but the scene were Batman goes to rescue Clark Kent's mom is probably one of my favorite fighting scenes of any super hero movie.

Also, loved when Thor got all 'lighteningy" in Ragnorok and took on the horde of evil people on the Bifrost.

Captain America movies for me... while Civil War has one of the greats with the epic hero vs hero airport scene and the final fight with Cap & Winter Soldier double-teaming Iron Man, I'm going to go for the second movie. And it's not the city street fight with Winter Soldier or the final fight between him and WW2 costumed Cap in the hovercarrier. It's the elevator scene where Cap is leaving SHIELD HQ after being asked about what happened to Fury and withholding info. One after another, these big guys fill up the elevator, surrounding him on all sides, and Cap notices they're up to something right away. Then, when it's full up, right before all hell breaks loose, he calmly states, "Before we get started, does anyone want to get out?" And with only him and Rumlow left standing, clearly afraid of Cap and going, "Whoa, big guy, this ain't personal" as he lays into him again with his shock batons. After throwing Rumlow up into the ceiling and leaving him unconscious, he looks down at the unconscious agents and says, "It kind of feels personal." Steps on shield to bring it up to hand so he can move on to the next obstacle in getting out of there.

It was high energy and chaotic in a tiny space that we had a great view of due to the elevator having glass walls, so overall a great showcase of why even a group of hardcore trained combatants should think twice when they're ordered to attack a super soldier.

Live action: Daredevil season 1 and 2 have some good fights.
Live action comic booky but not an actual comic book film: "Here. Put these on." the fight scene in They Live.

I'll echo Cap & Winter Soldier vs. Iron Man, and add the highway fight from Deadpool.

Mortal Kombat movie

Liu Kang vs. Reptile. An amazing fight which left the actors injured.

Yes— it was a limited comic book series.

Alita: Battle Angel

The special effects and action make this film a favorite of mine, and all of the fight scenes kick much ass.

Punisher war zone the fight with all the gang's at the end plus jigsaw and his brother
Winter soldier cap taking out all the pirates at the beginning
Watchmen Rorschach fighting the police
Night owl and Rorschach fighting Ozymandias
Logan fighting the redneck farmers
X23 fighting the mercenaries and Logan fighting Logan clone
And all of the above recommendations

I'll second Spidey vs Doc Ock on the El in Spider-Man 2. Just beautiful.

Avengers has to many beautifully choreographed moments.

But I think my favorite is Cap vs Thanos from Endgame.

The Marvel Graphic Novel: Emperor Doom is well done too. Why can't they get this character right in the movies. He's so much more interesting than Thanos.

That first Blade movie was great, until Blade showed up.

Not in any real order, and there are more. These just stand out

Thanos vs Captain America wielding Mjolnir. Only part of Endgame that mattered to me, and now I'm done with Marvel movies.
