Thanks for the well wishes. I am lucky that my house is in an area with a lot of enthusiastic trick or treaters of a wide range of ages. One of the things that brings me great delight is the number of Marvel costumes that come. In fact I get quite jealous of these amazing costumes that come complete with built in muscles as that kick massive butt over the awful plastic messes I had when I was a kid. I think if younger me was around today my parents would have to chase me down to get me out of the costumes much like they used to chase me down to stop wearing my underoos on on the outside of my pants!

Did anyone dress up for Halloween?

I went to work as Sean Connery from SNL's Celebrity Jeopardy and won a $100 gift card in the office costume contest.

A high post count is indicative of little more than one having the time to post frequently.

I live a few miles outside a rural town, so no trick or treaters for us. And my current job looks down on fun stuff like dressing up, but I did wear black pants & an orange dress shirt, so I could say I dressed as a pre-carved Jack O' Lantern. Did manage to watch several classic Universal horror movies (Dracula, The Mummy, The Invisible Man, and The Wolf Man), and some horror comedies (Young Frankenstein and Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein).

Be Ex/20 to each other.

I dressed up for the medieval history course I taught on that day. Pretty much my ren fair costume with chainmail and a kilt. I only got to watch 1 horror film and that was a fun first time watch of an infamous British made for TV movie from 1992 called Ghostwatch. Its sort of uses a lot of the tropes of a found footage film in the sense of the Paranormal Activity franchise but really gets good after a slow start. Hard to track down, but worth the watch.
