 According to X-Men vol.02:no.191 (Nov 2006), today is the anniversary of M-Day. (Odd that it was called “Decimation,” since that originally meant to remove 1/10th, or 10%, but Wanda’s reality alteration removed the Mutant gene from ~90% of the Earth’s Mutant population, leaving ~10% unaffected.)
