Early research I found that the Hulk issue #4 1962 , he did an over the head Thunder clap.

But could another superhero from 1938 till 1961 of invented these moves?

i retract the question , the amount of research on Readcomicsonline.to or other comic libraries would take forever.

was curious about the ground strike move though

The first time I ever saw these maneuvers used in the comics was by the Hulk and the Thing back in the 1960's. But as they say - "There is nothing new under the sun."

And now imagine how many times, if real, a "Hulk" or "Thing" character, doing a Thunder Clap, would burst their own eyes and ears, since those can't really be armored? smiling smiley

Yeah, I know, not adding anything here, really... lol
