Boy does this bring back memories! There were a LOT of B&Ws out there when I was a young man. Among my favorites are:

Savage Sword of Conan

Judge Dredd (only went color after few years of publication)

Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu

A tip of the hat to such greats as Sin City and Vampirella as well...

To see Terry Moore's art improve in his series - Strangers In Paradise - as the comic progressed was cool.

I know -- The Walking Dead -- is well known but before Marvel colorized it Wendy Pini had a cool fantasy book in black and white called....
