The wheel axles feature a universal joint allowing the fans to swivel. The wheel turbojets make this a VTOL and hovering capable vehicle. It is 18 feet long and 12.5 feet wide. Biography:
Rick Deckard is a contractor for LAPD in a corporate near-future neo-noir dystopian world, set in the futuristic world of 2019. He is wracked by doubt and self-loathing, seeing what he does for a living -hunting and killing artificially create human beings- as being serial murder rather than simple disposal of a piece of malfunctioning technology.
Plot Twist:
Deckard may be a Replicant himself.
