Anyone have any thoughts on the stats for the S.H.I.E.L.D. Psi Division? I can find very little on them.

Mentallo started in SHIELD, a fine early example (SHIELD supers almost always went bad or were bad)

As to newer entries, I do not know them well, but S.H.I.E.L.D. Psi Division members might be more whom you are asking about?

Just an Ex Psyche because the issues I read showed three or more acting in concert, but I bumped their Intuition to Rm to reflect their SHIELD training and psi ability.

It is propitious as theory

I was looking for less of the super hero and more of the minor telepaths that they might employ. I remember in a more modern comic one of them digging into Spiderman's mind about House of M. Thanks for the stats and the good advice that the super shield agents go bad quick.

Pel Morba's ideas are good too. If you want a more variable/random method, take the book SHIELD agent entry, roll 7 times on the Ability Modifier Table. Place adjustments to suit/make a psi type agent. Roll or pick some mental powers or related powers that suit. And so on.

I swapped the power ranks of telepathy & mind control, as I didn't want them to be too powerful, and figured giving the power stunt free was a fair trade off seeing as they spent 2 powers on mind control & then weakened it. Mind control is most assuredly not a heroic power, so she or he is well set to maybe go villain...
