How do you get your covers? Do you just go through a bunch of comic featuring the characters your doing a book on, and take screenshots, then edit them?

Usually we look for either full-page art from the comics, or we use textless covers (most of which we find over at marvel.fandom.com). And as for art in general, yeah, we are usually looking through the digital comics looking for appropriate art based on the subject. It can be tedious, but its still fun reading some of these comics.

Oh hey, I use Marvel.Fandom.com frequently. Now that you say you use textless covers, I might have to look at those...

Sometimes it requires a bit of digging, but doing a google image search for a specific character comic and including "textless" in the search really helps to find the right one. You'd be surprised about some of the covers we've discovered - especially all the alt-covers that don't get much exposure.
