Looking for a write up on DC's Firestorm (original version)

The below was copied from another website that gave only this write up for the character. My question is, how to convert this into MSH ? I am thinking not so much of using original Firestorm himself, but rather postulating a human mutant with these powers.

Firestorm’s unique nuclear-molecular structure allows him control over the structure of matter, allowing him to reshape it into any form desired. He can fly and disperse his own molecular structure in order to pass through solid matter. His matter control allows him to “see” patterns in matter, enabling him to perceive heat patterns.

Here's Ben Riely's page with all the various Firestorms. Should be at least a good starting point.

That's a poor write-up for Ronnie. Classic Firestorm had none of the listed restrictions particularly a need to know chemistry (he also had some of Martin's genius 'rub off' on him due to their being merged so often). He could easily do things like convert an object into a hot air balloon or other complex devices. It wasn't until after all the reboots and changes and the Fire Elemental stuff and Ronnie getting the powers back without being merged that he was super-nerfed and even had them dumb him down to where he almost couldn't do anything with his powers.

"A shared universe, like any fictional construct, hinges on suspension of disbelief. When continuity is tossed away, it tatters the construct. Undermines it."

Is there a better write up anywhere?

I think that the write up for the Ronnie Raymond version works fine. The limitation states that he suffers a -2CS to FEAT rolls when not able to communicate with someone who knows chemistry. Obviously that's a bit broad and should be limited specifically to certain power FEATs... and having Stein in his brain effectively allowed him to ignore the limitation most of the time. But it's a good limit to keep on hand in case something happens to limit his access to Stein's knowledge... for example somehow being fused with someone else, or if Stein was mentally incapacitated prior to merging... I vaguely recall an issue where the professor wasn't wearing his glasses when Ronnie merged and it affected his vision a little (making everything a little blurry). That being the case, if he was on his own because the professor was comatose when they merged or perhaps suffering amnesia, the limitation could take full effect.
