Download problem with some of the Gamer's Handbooks

The Gamer's Handbooks: Eel to Mad Dog and Mad Thinker to Sentry are broken. They keep giving me an error or a file that says "download" instead for some reason. I ran into this when downloading some of the adventure modules as well, but the problem with them corrected itself. It's not correcting itself with these two files.

I know this is an old thread, but this problem appears to be resolved.
