POWERS:

Raise Lowest Ability: This is a catch-up feature for those plagued by truly horrible abilities. Raise the lowest ability by +1CS. If more than one ability is lowest, the player chooses which ability to raise. This raise can affect initial Karma or Health. (Used for increasing reason already added in.

All Other Powers are derived from the suit.

Earth Control- (Poor)- The hero with this ability can manipulate natural and semi-natural mineral items. Artificial or refined materials, such as steel and glass, are exempt from this power. A hero with Earth Control power can move as much earth as he could lift if his power rank was
equal to his Strength. A hero with this ability can create weapons of earth (which inflict as much damage as their material strength) and shields (which serve as Body Armor equal to their material strength). A hero with Earth Control powers can also create earthquakes of power rank magnitude, move earth (as in digging), and part the earth to entrap an opponent with the power rank of that ability.

Flight- (Good)- The hero with this power can move through the air under his own power. The method of flight is left for the player to describe for his hero, and may include rocket belts: natural wings, mental powers, etc. The hero flies at an air speed equal to his power rank.

Extra Attacks: (excellent) This ability is always at least + 1 CS better than the Fighting ability, and if rolled lower than this, is raised to this level. The individual can make a Power FEAT to make additional attacks: with White = attack, Green = 2 , Yellow = 3 , and Red = 4 attacks against adjacent opponents.

Force Bolts- (Good)- The hero uses concussive force beams of some type ( like Cyclops' ruby red eyebeams) as a ranged attack, hitting on the Force column of the Battle Effects Chart. The hero strikes opponents with his Agility, inflicting power rank damage at a power rank range.

BACKGROUND:
Romero A Jackson
Child prodigy that was bullied in high School for his high intellect and wit. Often a charmer with the cheerleaders, who defended him against the bullies, they were not always around. There were times when he escaped and the times he didn't, he got beaten up. Not much of a fighter, he tries to avoid confrontation and always has his nose in a book.
He help the cheerleaders with their school work, which at times, pissed off the jocks. That is till James Griffin transferred into the school. James was handsome, and even more of the charmer. he tall as well and soon was very popular.
Romero was being chased one day when James car broke down, running right into James. James told the jocks to leave him alone. They ignored James and James, took them on, and was very aggressive.
In return for James help, Romero fixed his James car temporarily till he can get it to a mechanic. Romero offered to fix the car if James get the parts. James did and Romero even boosted his octane and hp intake, giving James a little edge.
Graduation came, and Romero earned a science scholarship to Empire State University, where he studied polymers and other applications. James even went to Empire State University, as well as some of the cheerleaders.
Romero was still bullied at times, though not as much as he was in high school. One day when he was chased, he lost his pursuers, entering an old building basement. There he discovered a damage power suit. He later took it home, an old mechanic garage converted into a home. Provided by his uncle who told him he was his heir as long he gotten a college education. He broke down the suit and reverse engineered it, often asking his uncle on some of the things he was unsure of, saying he was studying Mechanical and Electric engineering, which he has classes for.
Borrowing some tools, Romero was able to salvage parts of the suit to give him super powers. While not highly powerful as the work was hampered by his knowledge, Romero felt good at what he achieved.

Background:

Fighting evil on the Farm! And the rural backroads of the country!!
Old man jenkins farm was a nice small plot of land that was handed from father to son over the last 5 generations. when the US government decide to place a missile silo nearby, they had an accident, which they covered up and told no one. Of course they started to buy the land that would get contaminated, however Old Man Jenkins didn't sell or budge.
So they arrange a tanker spill, and still Old Man jenkins didn't budge, however, the front company did settle and pumped in water to the farms that didn't saying the ground water may get posison and not safe to drink. This saved the human population, however, the farm animal on jenkin farm did not fare so... happily.
Sami the Rooster, being the cock of the walk, did live a life of a mere rooster, till the ill fated day when the radiation did seep to the chicken feed. Most of his flock died, but being the stout and ever resilent Rooster who braved the natural colds and heat of the season did prevail, and became Mega Rooster!!
And with others animals who were aflicted did they become the Animal Crusaders!! Fighting for Animal rights and Justice!! They have encountered an organization of the Field Rats lead by the Over Lord Rat: Whiskers the Black! who plotted domination and racketteering scam of other farm animals.
The members of Animal Crusaders, Iron Eagle, Super Pig, HulkingBull and Zypher the Flying Horse, did they defeat the Over Lord Rat Whiskers, who fled into the big city of New York! And there the Animal Crusaders gave pursuit!

Background:

Tracking down the thugs that killed his father, Onyx met up with Slammer and Slugger on the streets. Since they were tracking the same people, the teamed up and succeed in infiltrating the thugs hide out. Onyx confronted those who killed his father and started to beat them down. Only to have slugger pull him off before he killed one of them.
Onyx joined the duo for a bit, till James went for the same girl as Slugger. This created tension between the two and they finally had it out. Going at it with tooth and nail, the two fought, at times, one getting the advantage over the other, but not for long.
Finally, Slugger more pissed off, broke both of Onyx legs, which Onyx swore to return the favor one day. Slammer arrived and discovered the mess in the back of the building, looked at Slugger and simply said
“I guess he not going to join us after all”
Last anyone heard of Onyx after he got out of the hospital, that he went to go see the Power Broker.

Background:

Born May 23, 1920, Jackson was a smart and driven black man living in the slums and during the depression. He learned to read, write and do math, and read everything he could get his hands on. He was an excellent boxer and made some money in the back allies of New York. He learned to fly the old bi-planes and fix them. When England started to recruit pilots, he joined the R.A.F.
Jackson, an American R.A.F pilot, was shot down over Germany before the US entered the war. He was captured by German force and turned over to Baron Wolfgang von Strucker. An American Negro man was perfect to experiment on. Thus, those experiments made Jackson insane. Baron Wolfgang von Strucker put Jackson in suspended animation till he could deal with the experiment and get the result as things were becoming troublesome.
Jackson was forgotten for a long time, where he was sent to the newly created AIM. There, left alone and forgotten, he remain in storage till the 1980’s, where researching thru the notes, the Scientist Supreme rediscovered Jackson. He was ecstatic to find some of Strucker old work and formulas.
He immediately had the formula revised by AIM top researchers, and they opened Jackson suspended animation tube. They re-injected him, and watched how Jackson body transformed into a well built muscular body. The new formula asserted itself over the old and Jackson insanity was cured. The Scientist Supreme then ordered bioengineering testing on Jackson. When Modok started his take over, AIM scientist placed him back into his suspended animation tube. Again, forgotten, he was shipped to the submarine complex off the U .S. Atlantic coast.
For years, AIM existed solely to serve Modok's needs and ambitions for power. AIM stagnated technologically, created no further innovations, and launched no major attacks on the world. However, two splinter groups of AIM formed, both consisting of AIM rebel agents who had fled Modok's control. One group often clashed with Modok's AIM. The second tried unsuccessfully to create a second Cosmic Cube. Finally, internal AIM dissension with Modok's rule broke into open revolt against Modok.
The AIM rebels joined forces with the splinter groups and drove Modok from their organization. Modok was later assassinated by members
of the Serpent Society. The three AIM factions- reunited and prepared for a new campaign of renewed growth and conquest, but it was not to be. AIM's new leadership was secretly replaced b y androids from Project Delta who were also secretly taking control of HYDRA, S.H.I.E.L.D, Roxxon, and other clandestine organizations. In the next few years, most of AIM's members were killed and replaced with android duplicates. AIM rejoined HYDRA, only to see both organizations destroyed along with S.H.I.E.L.D. when the Delta androids revealed their true purpose. The androids later destroyed most of themselves.
At this time, it is unknown what remnants, if any, of AIM survive. Their facilities remain intact, including a dome complex atop the Himalayan Mountains and a partially demolished but still watertight submarine complex off the U .S. Atlantic coast. Since most of these sites are well hidden or inaccessible and those who knew of their location either died or are in hiding, Jackson was truly forgotten.
The androids that did survive were those that maintain the complexes, where one opens Jackson suspended animation tube. When Jackson awoke, the Androids tended him till he reach full health. There he stayed for the following year, learning about everything, discovering the year is now 2010, reading the history of the world, AIM’s files and the files on himself.
Utilizing one of AIM learning machine, he learned to operate various modern craft; the machine activated his latent mutations from the experiments that the former AIM scientists conducted. With the power to communicate with Cybernetics, Jackson started to learn very fast.
Modern day America amazes him, in how far people have come yet have taken a step back. Civilization, technology,
Cultural, and religious aspects amaze him even more. Still, humanity is its own monster and thus, its own destruction. The America he knew was gone, replace by a grey view.
