Since the Grey's were a hit, I thought I'd take a stab at the Reptilian Aliens.
The alleged race of 6-8 foot bipedal reptile like beings are fearsome to look at. They are tall and thin but weigh between 200-400 pounds. Dark gray to green in color with scaly skin, three fingers and toes per limb, fangs, and claws. They speak earth English with a low "sss" type of sound at the end of most words and view humans as livestock ( We taste good to them ) , hostile, or inferior. They are evil, and value work, domination o fothers, and combat as their code. Only those who have achieved a status receive a name.

Body Armor - Their scaly hide gives them poor protection vs. physical attacks and feeble protection vs energy, chemical, and heat attacks.
Smell - Remarkable level and they think Humans smell bad.
Intimidation - minus one CS in actions due to fear upon initial encounters.
Abilities through their science.
Through the use of their science, the Reptilians can become completely invisible.
They can also morph into what looks like a normal human being. The morph looks and feels like a human being, but can be spotted in stressful moments with a successful red intention feat roll. If the target suspects something is not right, only a yellow roll is needed.
Teleportation. Somehow, this race can teleport between dimensions or areas.
Ray Gun. Disintegration at the Monstrous level. Stun Amazing levels.
DNA manipulation: Monstrous level to make hybrids aminals or sentient beings
Space Ships. Unreality travel. Equivalent of warp drive and dimensional travel.
Weaknesses: Cold blooded and need a certain temperature to operate officially.
Short life spans by Alien standards, 60-100 years.
Females are seldom seen and could be shunned due to their moral codes and have an even shorter lifespan.
They view most atmosphere's as including Earth's as slightly toxic and prefer a more humid less Nitrogen, type of atmosphere with little or no air pollution. -1CS on exposures longer than 12 hours.
Agendas: Apparently this alleged race lost a major war and has been banished to live in another dimension or in hidden remote areas of the galaxy, often underground or under oceans. The war was costly and cost them many planets and over ten billion in population. The Reptilian's agenda is to take over the Earth as they claim this planet as their home world. They try to do this through stealth and influence and human politics, not brute force as it would trigger the aligned good or neutral alien races to destroy them. Due to a noninterference pact between the major governments of the earth, they get away with this on most occasions. Many world leaders are suspected reptilian, and some say there is a hidden human blood line, disguised as a Reptilian. They have a few bases and outposts under the oceans and underground.
Once captured, no known human has escaped alive.
