Mr. Artificial Intelligence is pushing his software programs at the BIOS level into various computers, completely compromising the worldwide cloud and any network he chooses.  He has several inventions where AI interfaces with human DNA.  He has upgraded his own DNA, enhancing his ASE portion of his abilities from Typical to Excellent.

Owner of a nation: Mr. Artificial Intelligence has purchased land the size of the state of Oregon in coastal and center Greenland, building deep underground cities and tunnels that are immune to conventional or nuclear attacks.    He is currently accepting citizenship, though critics say less than 1% pass his DNA qualifications, and those citizens accepted must be willing to interact with his machines.  Upon initial interaction, a microscopic mind control device is implanted.  Currently, he is the benign and absolute ruler of an estimated 10,000 people each of which lives a life of luxury, courtesy of Mr. Ai's riches.      Unbeknownst to the citizens, Mr. Intelligence can control their minds at the excellent level.

Rumor has it some powerful business people and world leaders in secret have agreed to his DNA enhancement and mental enhancement techniques, making them vulnerable.

Mr. Artificial Intelligence's goal could very well be a new world order with him being the supreme leader.
