If you don't want him to have Incredible leaping, then you should leave the power out and assign a limitation instead of the power, indicating that his Leaping checks suffer a -3CS penalty to reduce him to Good.
Or I could have just given him Good Hyper-Leaping which shows how high he can leap which I did.
Yes... so now he can hyper-leap with Good ability, or

QuoteScreaming DeanBy the way, can the Thing leap as far as his listed strength would technically allow him to do? If he's leaped that high and far on the earth, then I've missed it. Nor have I seen Batman with his Excellent strength leap 30 feet up and 45 feet across. However, maybe I've missed that issue as well.
The Thing doesn't really make the effort to jump, but I suspect he has on occasio

Maybe read the rules for leaping without the power, then re-read the power description. This power is either useless at this rank or actually a limitation that he can't use his actual Strength rank to leap.
According to this Good leaping would give him 20 feet up and 30 feet across. Now it's possible this version of Hercules could leap higher, but that's how

I could see some standard comics characters would do.
Fantastic Four: Reed not only develops an effective vaccine, he also builds a portable medical scanner that is specifically tuned to detect COVID-19 (and similar strains) in people and on surfaces. Masks? Not necessary when his team is walking around with detection and cure in hand. Johnny Storm alone: Everytime he lights up, he's cleari

So, does your hero defy the stay-at-home order to go out and fight crime? Is s/he safe with gloves and a mask covering his/her nose & mouth? What sort of precautions are taken to minimize contact with the potentially sick criminals or victims in need of saving?

The "natural 1" and "natural 20" make sense in a game based on a 20-sided die, like D&D... because you only have a 5% chance of either result and you'd want to have a minimal chance of success in any given situation or the chance to mess up even when success is almost a certainty. But the MSH system and its Universal table takes away some of that need. Red FEATs are the "natural 20" and 01

Richards, Doom... I win either way.
Either we get Richards and he brings us super science solutions... or Doom and we get super science and/or magic solutions and he sees that I voted him so I don't get put on the naughty list for when it comes time to start making examples of people.

Dr. Doom, because he would fight corruption at all levels better than Batman by taking over the world and eliminating the people causing the corruption, is just as likely to cure COVID-19 as Reed Richards, and is the strong leader this world needs... be moral (without opposing him) and you'll do fine under his iron fist.

How fast does Mecha-Godzilla City's assimilation power work? For example, it's sitting atop Mt. Fuji right now... but how long will it take to assimilate the whole mountain? ...and then the surrounding region? ...the whole island of Japan? Can it infect the water, as well? If so, how long would it take to spread throughout the oceans and then the entire planet to achieve its secondary object

Another fast revenant could be The Wraith (Charlie Sheen, 1986). He comes back from death in another body that seems alive, and he possesses an otherwordly car that he uses to get revenge on the people that murdered him.

QuoteScreaming DeanIt seems as if you've made my point for me. Both Hercules and Thor are way stronger than a mere one hundred tons. Both of them should have strength higher than Unearthly.
Don't forget Molly.

QuoteTaarnaGodzilla himself is listed at 164,000 tons or 328,000,000 million pounds
And, much older than Molly or the comics those scenes appeared in, but also a much bigger monster in Godzilla himself:
Of course, Hercules should have just been pushed into the concrete like a nail into wood... because even though he's strong enough to pull of that feat of strength, the ground beneath him s

QuoteTaarnaWhen you get the gigantic monsters, they need their own stats as the weight and force behind the blow doesn't fit in the scale correctly, and a stomp attack vs a human sized target would be 100% fatal, and that goes for 99% of the super hero's too, unless they can take 20 million tons coming down ( 20X higher than Unearthy strength ).
I guess the Runaways' Molly Hayes falls into that

I just want to go to the bar, pound a few drinks, and be able to sneeze without anyone questioning my allergies with deathly fearful stares.

whatever you wish to track, as mentioned, it's a lot of work beyond just the reading/viewing.
I like yours & Thrudjelmer's ideas, and certainly there would be different stats & tropes to track for different characters...
GREAT POINT!!
Some characters will have things to track that are especially poignant to them but not to others. For example, if you wanted to count

Maybe Thing was being generous and not just going for the win so he didn't embarrass him. Maybe it was early enough that Thing was a little weaker than we know him to be today. Maybe someone just got something wrong somewhere.

Baldur the Brave could get away with charging recklessly into combat because he was way more invulnerable than other gods. I'm not saying he would become a coward if that invulnerability was taken away from him, but he would probably fight smarter. But the point is that he could afford to fight more recklessly and that sort of thing might have kept him from achieving his fullest potential.

in fact, ignore it for the purpose of a game or comic. "Kinetic absorption" includes edged, shooting, force, charging, & slugfest/blunt. It igno

I suspect that the activities of the Bat-crowd are nocturnal and stealthy, so Batgirl's disappearance from the scene may not have been immediately noticed. For all anyone knew Batgirl was lurking in the shadows doing undercover recon for Batman, on vacation, or moved to a new city. Also costumes heroes often emerge, disappear, and/or take on different masked identities over time... so Batgirl c

Spider-Man could have received his powers as part of a fluke in the super soldier serum process making him essentially a replacement for Captain America in his universe, and employed by the government and accomplished all the same deeds as Captain America... and JJJ would still find a reason to hate him and turn the public opinion against him.

I suspect that if the FF had been mutants and the X-Men were altered humans, then mutants would be the commonly accepted superhumans and people who were gained powers by being altered by radiation would be viewed as the freaks... because the X-Men will always be the outsiders.
