QuoteHowletWasn't that Jeph Loeb's idea? I've spent years blaming him for that.
Given that he was head of Marvel Television at the time, and made vague announcements about being committed to the Avengers universe prior to EMH's cancellation, that seems very likely.
Maintain the blame.

The second greatest injustice pertaining to Disney's cartoon properties was cancelling Earth's Mightiest Heroes in favor of the garbage that is Avengers Assemble.
(The greatest injustice was not giving us a third season of Gravity Falls.)

Horton Cells, the synthetic blood of the Human Torch
Horton Cells (H42N2C2O6) are synthetic replicas of human cells using plastic and carbon polymers, they duplicate the structures found in organic human cells. They were created by brilliant scientist Professor Phineas Horton. These cells can be grown in a culture, and are compatible with humans. The cells can activate latent mutant and Inhum

Agreed. Shang Chi never needed any technological trappings, but it looks like he might fight the Mandarin, so maybe we get a Shang Chi / Iron Man fusion?
It will probably be more of Mandarin in name only, since Shang-Chi's father was Fu Manchu ( that name later turned into an alias for... reasons) and has gone by many names and titles... I suspect the MCU Mandarin will be a fusion

QuotePel MorbaA gestalt with the powers of Thor and Loki could finally bring peace and security to the Nine Realms, or trigger Ragnarok. Even money.
I think the High Evolutionary's Thor clone, Nobilus, which was created from a blood/tissue sample when Thor was under Loki's influence, proves that the fusion of those two do not make for a better, more peaceful anything. Nobilus was plagued by a s

Yeah, but i think they are doing that with everything MCU.
Now that Tony Stark is gone, Wakanda stepping up in supplying tech.
I get that. I just find it bland and uninteresting.

In the example, it one thing to copy powers or abilities, another to copy "nobility"? Depending on your view of the game.
The Ultimate Powers book does present a possibility for that with the power of Mental Duplication, which has 3 forms. The first, Detachment, is unlikely to allow for this. However, the second and third --Merge and Transformation, respectively-- seem more like

I know Marvel characters are prefered, but if Disney owns the rights to them as well as just about everything else, I say screw it.

I haven't really seen the previews, only the publicity images... and I have to say that I'm a little disappointed in the aesthetic choice with his attire. It looks like it was made in MCU Wakanda. Too high tech when I was hoping for more of a simple Kung Fu style.

The lying thing is an awful lot of work. Personally, I prefer to keep things simple because lying isn't all that difficult in general.
PC tells a lie. Unless there is a reason to doubt him/her (such as an overly suspicious individual, evidence to the contrary of the lie told, or a history of lying from the PC known by the NPC being lied to, then the lie will be accepted. If there is some reas

There are no new ideas under the sun. What you created years ago may have also been created in a very similar way before you by someone else, in private, and they just had no medium to make others aware of it when it was still relevant. There are only so many ideas to be had, in the broad sense, so what matters is the personal touches you add to make something your own.

I still disagree with DC Comics interpretation that willpower is an emotion. I'm fine with the whole emotional spectrum thing, but really I think courage would have been a better way to express what Green Lanterns tap into. They have to be f

An alter ego is just what the name implies: an alternate ego, or persona. Yes, the original persona may be within and might even have a little influence on the present form, but they are generally multiple personalities sharing a physical body (and the body may likely transform when another persona takes over.

Any chance we might see the major players of the Supernatural universe this time around?
You know... Chuck, The Darkness, Death, new Death (Billie), Lucifer, Jack, Rowena, and / or or the entity that lives in the darkness beyond known as The Empty.

Doombots are inferior to Doom, probably by design. They can fool people until they're destroyed using weapons and tactics used by Doom, and probably simulate the magical effects when needed with technology... or, if necessary, I'm sure Doom is capable of bestowing some magical effects on his robots as needed. The illusion of being the real doom is broken when the Doombot is defeated. Although

Joker vs Arcade: Given the time to prepare a proper Murderworld, Arcade wins. Otherwise Joker.
Darkseid vs Galactus: Depends, does Galactus deal with the avatar Darkseid projects into this reality or the true Darkseid that exists outside the various realities? If it's just the avatar, then Galactus without question. If it's the true Darkseid, then Galactus has no chance.

I'm pretty sure a white is still a fail, even for cosmic entities. But with blue, no white, and then into green cosmic entities either succeed at varying levels or fail epic fashion. There is no simple failure for them.

One thing I wanted to do with the Blue ranks is to have them end at some point. Some systems have crit fumbles all the way to their SH-Z equivalents, but that always seemed silly to me. I wanted “mere mortals” like us to have the chance of really go

I will never be "the realist" in a discussion involving a superheroic RPG game where the rules don't support realism. Maybe next time you'll think about how the rules are written and set your write ups accordingly. Maybe not. I'm not trying to enforce a r

Try her for murder: she gets off. Murder charges require that intent be proven by the prosecution. It was obvious from Wanda's careless wording that she did not intend to kill anyone, but rather take away mutant powers. Manslaughter might be able to be proven as a result of her recklessness in using her powers, but definitely not murder.

Trials are good. Accountability at some level is important, and a trial is a good way of getting to the details of an incident... and perhaps if she were put on trial and there was a need to defend her, then someone might have realized sooner that Wanda wasn't quite herself at the time she decimated mutants by causing their X-factor to stop working.
But who has the authority to try her? The X-
