Well, alrighty then!
In the comics, has the Vision ever lifted Mjolnir? Regardless, in the MCU, he is worthy to rule Asgard. Amen.

Since the movie just opened 5/1/15 , when does social convention dictate that open disscussion about specifics about the movie is permitted? Or, does one just post "SPOILER ALERT!" then hit the * key 40 times and post beneath the ************* ?

G.A.W posted Gmjoesolarte , I respect your enthusiasm for the show ( Gotham ) but wondered if you ( or anyone ) has reservations about the show?
I think if you accept that this representation of the DC Universe is like Earth (pick a number; 3? 27? 90210? ) then there is no need for reservations.

The episode became a "program length commercial" for Age of Ultron. I am fine with that. But that introduction of precog is a deux ex machina that the writers can use at their whim. I know it is only a matter of time before Raina is killed off. The actress has been cast in another show coming out next year "Preacher" (Vertigo comics).

Spoiler.......
Okay, so Raina has limited Precog. That character was definetly created using the random power selection tables.

Retroclones are the rage. I took a look at FASERIP and it is a well published labor of love. I get the warm fuzzies from the original set getting some homage and I like the way the author seemingly took some good ideas from the MSHAG power stunts and put them in this rulebook.
I am happy with how I run my MSH game and quite frankly, don't need FASERIP. But, I am glad it is there for me to look

Sing the following to the tune from "All About The Bass".

Yes, but what I am attempting to do is think outside the box. In the spirit of What If?, how could Reed's invisibility/force field generation

Ok. So Reed remains brilliant and incorruptible but is the Invisible Man. Sue is Ms. Fantastic and super stretchy. Their relationship remains the same . There is no interesting dramatic conflict caused by their power switch . So how about Ben as the Human Torch and Johnny as Thing? Any conflict there? A good What If needs interesting conflict and a plot twist. Is the What If throw FF's Powers W

Ok. So drop Sue getting +1 or +2 CS Reason w/ Hyper-INT. Unless the writer embraces the heretical adaptation that Reed's brain is as flexible as his stomach. How about this : one of the females in my rpg's suggested that the power of invisibility would encourage certain males to become at first a voyeur then peeping tom to fullblown pervert and rapist. Nightmask posted: "Too bad that directly contradicts the comics, since Reed was always Doom's equal in intellect long before the empowering event the FF underwent. They may have it that Ultimate Reed Richards got smarter thanks to the event but classic Reed he had it all long before all that and his only added super-powers from that were his elastic powers."
That certainly makes sense to me, how

I had the title wrong . . .
. . . yes, Wolverine sneaks up on Silver Surfer from behind and with his adamantium claws, stabs him in the back through the heart and Surfer is killed with a single blow....
So in game terms, a Red attack FEAT and Surfer fails his Endurance FEAT to save v. E/S.

It has been YEARS since I read it, I will have to find it in my collection this weekend. I can't find the X-Men v. Galactus in a wiki search.

Has there ever been a What If? for "What if the Sue Storm became Ms. Fantastic, Reed Richards became the Invisible Man, Johnny Storm became Thing, and Ben Grimm became the Human Torch?
On the surface that may seem like "What's the diffference?", but, if you really think it through and talk it out, some interesting possibilities could occur.
For example,
Reed Richards is affected my the "godli

Every Game Judge's journey can be different. I began with the Original Set in 1984 and made it work. Great support from Dragon Magazine's "Marvel Phile" articles and the modules and sourcebooks (Avengers Assemble and Realms of Magic, for example) kept the game alive. I house ruled the bejesus out the game, borrowing ideas from Champions. I made it work.
Then the Advanced Set came out in 86. I li

I was 7 years old when I first began watching the syndicated ST:TOS episodes. In my imagination, and as an only child, regardless if I was playing outside alone or with a friend or two from my neighborhood. we would play Star Trek. I preferred to play as Kirk, but from time to time, to be "fair" , I would play Spock and one of my other friends would act as Kirk. For nearly five decades I have lov

It it is making money, it is going to keep on going. Perhaps to the bitter end with formulaic plots etc.,. The truly great shows know when to call it quits. Star Trek Next Gen, MASH, Angel (yes I am prepared for Whedon Hater lashback). Buffy probably went on for two seasons too long.
I also watch Castle with Fillion. This season needs to be the last, or rather, last season should have been. Bo

I view it as a ongoing ELSEWHERE DC Comics series. I have no problems with it. I still prefer any scenes with Penguin and the scenes with Bruce and/or Alfred.
I wish that someone would make a mini-series of a three issue ELSEWHERE series that came out nearly 20 years ago. It was THE NAIL. Great spin on a world without Superman, with a twist of course. Or, my Marvel What If? favorites: What If th
