Karma rulings:
1. Villains can never spend Karma for any reason.
2. Heroes can never spend Karma on Endurance FEATs v. Slam or Kill results or when checking to see if they are dying when Health is reduced to 0 from an attack mode that can get a Kill result (v. edged, shooting). However, they may spend Karma to resist being stunned.
3. The Karma cost for attack and defense FEATs is at least

IF you do pursue this, and I think it is a GREAT idea, please locate and read the What If? issue "What if the Marvel Super Heroes Lost Atlantis Attacks?"
That way, you will have good reference on how to run the heroes who survive....however,
It depends on how you run your game. Do you allow heroes to die?

I think more people would enjoy the Marvel Movies More if they stopped reading Marvel Comics.
I mean , if you pretended that the Movies were just original screenplays, i.e. , not adaptations, are they really all that bad?
I detest X-Men III because of how the Jean Grey/Phoenix story was no where near as good or epic as Claremont's masterpiece.
However, I loved X-Men I and X-Men II although ,

Overall I am enjoying the show. I mostly enjoy the Penguin scenes and the Bruce Wayne and/or Alfred scenes. We can see that Bruce Wayne is a genius. And before this representation, I just thought of the Penguin as a joke; a portly, twisted, greedy crime boss. In this version of the DC Universe, Penguin is my favorite Batman villain.

So when Age of Apocalypse is released no one is going to watch it so they cant rip it to shreds with a negative review. I don't know. Marvel movies for comic book fans is like booze for alcohalics that keep swearing off the stuff but after some tome goes by they are getting plastrered again. Then the morning after filed with regret.

Barbara Gordon has not been born yet. Jim Gordon's finance is Barbara Keane. I suspect one day their daughter will be named after her mother. Regarding Montoya you can wikipedia the Batwoman comic book.

I am sorry dude, but PAM looks awesome! It might rival ANT MAN as far as "outside the box" is concerned.

All I know is it is better than the BATMAN AND ROBIN movie (Batgirl is Alfred's niece) CATWOMAN (Halee B.) and BATMAN RETURNS (Cobblepot raised by intelligent penguins) . I will watch episode 2 and see if it continues to be of interest. When will Gordon find out Barbara and Montoya were once friends with benefits? Tune in next week; same Bat-time; same Bat-channel!

Criticize all you want but the characters and metaplot and sreenplays are entertaining to me. Its a free live action comic book that has wonderful actors. I am anxious to see the AGE OF ULTRON tie-in.

They are attempting to revitalize their universe and get dollars from a new audience. We veteran fans have been squeezed for the past two decades with relaunches and reimangineered origins and regurginated plots. I don't hate Marvel. But I haven't spent a dime on any comic book for about two years. Love the movies love the animated stuff. I will always treasure my collection including the issues

There are some of the same characters from the first film and some new ones. There are 4 story lines. Some that happened before the first movie and some that happen after, so it’s a mixture of a prequel and a sequel. You really need to see the first one.
Marv the huge tough guy played by Mickey Rourke opens up the movie with a violent scene concerning out of town punks that need to be taught a l

This is a great movie. Forget that it is a Marvel Comics property. It is simply a well told story with superb performances. I had read where the director refused to let Chris Pratt audition but his assistant finally convinced him to give Chris a shot. He hired him after 30 seconds of reading dialog.
Groot was a hoot!! I will say the Groot character stole most of the scenes he was in but you

I will only accept his death if it happens in a movie. I am so over Marvel in comicbook form. Marvel cinema and animation , and the DC animated stuff too, is my medium of choice. Maybe I am just jaded. A part of me wishes that I could "unremember" what is already written in the comics that have in my collection. That way , I could re-read them and be excited about comics again.

Greetings fellow True Believers!
This past Friday night was the conclusion of the first part of an ongoing campaign wherein the heroes defeated a Big Bad that I based upon the character Nix (The Puritan) from the movie Lord of Illusions by Clive Barker. Like most of the campaigns I concoct, they are a mix of sci-fi and horror movies or novels that I have seen/read then I mix in the MU Cinematic

Well, if you know the villain's underground lair is 100 yards by 150 yards (more or less) and you are going to stick to the area movement rules as written in the rulebook, then any character with Poor to Excellent ENDURANCE needs basically two rounds to traverse the lair, and those with Remarkable or better can do so within one round. The Aunt May's in your campaign will need three rounds to get

Welcome tcabril !
You will find many answers to your question as more members of this website answer your questions.
By the book, an Area is defined as 44 yards. 10 areas would equal 1/4 mile; 40 areas to the mile .In the Advanced Set a round is 6 seconds.
That is the definition for "open outdoor spaces". When using game maps, regardless if outdoor or indoor, the areas that are drawn are your

has anyone else heard or seen any articles regarding that since Sony runs the Spidey movies, Fox runs the X-Men movies and Disney runs the Avengers/Thor/Cap movies (and Agents of SHIELD tv show).....
X-Men don't exist in Agents of SHIELD universe, and neither does Spidey. Rememeber...Coulson was very clear that "clairvoyants/telepaths" don't exist and if they did SHIELD would know about them. Am

SPOILER ALERT
I think when it’s all said and done the general consensus will be this movie is “not that bad”. This a term that is not only overused but most times used out of context. The term “not that bad should” only be used for things like taking your cousin to the prom, swallowing medicine, or drinking craft beers.
I'm not thinking this is the amazing Spider-Man as much as it's t

Thank you so much for your updates and when real life permits you continue the updates, Godspeed BenReily!
I have another player joining my group and if real life permits me, I will be running a game in couple of weeks.
I showed him your 199999 site and was quite impressed. He got a real kick out of the supporting cast writeups like Pierce and Maria Hill.
I am very thankful for the Winter Sold

Religious people will tell you that the seed was planted when the Supreme Court banned prayer in schools in 1962.
I have heard others blame the "Haight-Ashbury crowd" in the 60's.
I have herad other blame the first Woodstock event, and others Timothy Leary, the Vietnam War debacle, etc., but it all points back to the 60's.
I have no opinion. Oh wait. The Internet.

I like the dividing by 15 as a quick and dirty to figure out things like if the vessel is moving at 900 mph then on the game map it's moving 60 areas per 6 second round.
