Still, 20 attacks at Excellent Rank seems a BIT much... I'll probably go with the houseruled Super-Speed, to determine the number of additional attacks that can be made with Hyper-Speed.

I know of the Multiple Combat Actions tactic (Player's Guide p.30). Other than that, having more than two arms can help.
Does Hyper-Speed (Ultimate Powers p.81) also allow for multiple attacks in a round? On the one hand it seems like it should, on the other hand, that would make Hyper-Speed overpowered.
What other options does a character have if he, or she, whishes to make multiple attacks ag

Hello, this is my first post here.
Some friends and I have started a Classic Marvel game, and I have a specific question: I've read somewhere on this Forum, that True Invulnerability has been houseruled into a more "manageable" power. I tried to find that houserule, but with no success. Could someone please explain this houserule to me? I would really appreciate that.
