Hey guys!

I was wondering, has anyone ever done a write up of Century (from Force Works)?

We're running a 90's style campaign and.... well... Marvel characters don't get much more 90s than Century, apart from maybe Shatterstar. xD

Here's what Ben Reilly's site has for Century.

Century

I only vaguely recall him from the cartoon, and pretty much nothing from comics, so no idea how well that may or may not represent him. But it's certainly a start, right? smiling smiley

That looks pretty much what I had on my old site.

CENTURY

F: RM (30)
A: EX (20)
S: EX (20)
E: RM (30)
R: RM (30)
I: IN (40)
P: PR (4)
H: 100
K: 74
R: GD
P: TY

Equipment: Unique Weapon Most of Century's known powers seem to emanate from his staff "Parallax" These include:

Teleportation: CL 1000 (This is based on Night Crawler having a 6 mile range at Shift X, while Century seems able to cover intergalactic distances with ease)

Dimensional Travel: AM

Tracking: AM (Can be enhanced to track mystic elements with the aid of the Scarlet Witch)

Navigation: AM

Non-staff Abilities:

Ultimate Skill: Weapon Specialist - Parallax: IN
Psi-Screen: CL 1000
Healing: RM *

Limitation: Century is a composite creation of 100 of the Hodomur race's best warriors. Parallax keeps these many minds in check and, if stripped of the staff, Century risks mental breakdown.

Talents: Martial Arts A, B, C, Sharp Weapons.
Contacts: Force Works.

*This is based on an ability he had in the "Iron Man" half of the "Marvel Action Hour"

Origin: Alien
Sex: Male
Age: Unknown
Group Affiliation: Force Works

There's at least a Steve Austin write-up, not quite sure how many pages back it is but a search might find it quickly if not just carefully go back page by page and you should find it.

I'm gearing up for Halloween IX. I've got a number of characters selected, but there are still a couple of open spots. Anyone have a particular horror character (That's not been statted) they wish to see?

I know it's probably a bit late to answer this one, Jack, but how about Franken-Castle?

Reinhardt: Ahh, you kids today with your techno music! You should enjoy the classics, like Hasselhoff!
Lúcio: I can’t even take you seriously right now.

Well... it's pretty apparent I didn't get all my write-ups finished and up on the site during Halloween this year. Apologies in this, I had some RL issues that have interfered, but I'm going to finish up the couple I have had in the works and post them. I'll add a cut on FrankenCastle for you Hammer, it'll probably be a little bit after a few weeks. At some point down the road I'm going to recut all my Halloween write-ups into a new format and release a new netbook. I want to revisit some of them because I'd like to re-examine certain characters like The Tall Man and Azazael for example.

I like doing Horror write-ups and evolving my write-ups over the years. I wanted to include a reason as to why I chose X or Y, and I've hoped you've liked them. I really have had a lot of great response to them, and I always appreciate it. grinning smiley

Have a Happy Halloween one and all!

Hi,

Has anyone written up stats for Miles Morales Spider-man? I'm not familiar with him, but was thinking about using him as an NPC in a new campaign.

I haven't, but I do have plans to create a Spider-Verse sourcebook that has all of the various Spider-Men (and women, and pigs, etc...) I haven't started it yet though, so it'll be a while before it's ready to release.

Not that I'm aware of, the number of appearances that they had to work off of are unsurprisingly extremely limited. Only slightly exceeded by the non-Marvel attempts (one of which actually references the original Marvel comic run, as in RL KISS had blood drawn to put into the ink for the first printing of the comic only for the reveal that a villain hijacked it for its magical properties since it was great to use with his blood magic).

So that would be about 200 varieties of Spider-man then? Sounds useful.

Could you do a write up for the Triumvirate of Terror? Hammerhead, Pile-Driver and Thunderboot. Tech villains created by the Mad Thinker to fight the Avengers back in the late 60's.

There's a very well done write-up in the "Ominverse Classic Edition Gamer's Handbook" (in the downloads section) for the comic version of Lucifer.

Well done? Let's just say it was done. There are some things I don't like about that book, and one of them is " Beyond
Level-1 ability" in Lucifer's powers.

Not just a huge compendium of Spider-Men (although there will be that, too) but I'm also planning to info on the Inheritors, Loomworld and the many dimensions that feature in Spider-Verse, and some thoughts on using Spider-Verse in a campaign. Maybe also a playable map or two, although that may be a little more outside of my expertise.

Hey guys,

Let me open with that this website is absolutely amazing !

I was wondering if anyone has read the Thanos wins saga yet? If so I wouldn't mind seeing stats for the Silver Surfer wielding Thor's hammer if anyone is feels like a challenge?

Thanks in advance

Break over.

I'm going to finish both last year Halloween write-ups and I'm working on trying to get the the write-ups done for this year. It will be ten years since I started the Days of Halloween, and this will probably be my last.

If you guys would like me to stat anything horror related I've not already done, drop me a line or post here.

I'm planning at least several King write-ups, some Twilight Zone goodies, a few movies (Include A quiet place), and a few others. I'm also finally, truly, going to write-up the one horror figure that I've failed to do so over the years. Also, as I did with my Captain America, Hawkman, and Shazam write-ups, I'm going to do a Jack's version write-up of a character who fits within horror but not exactly....A certain Knight of lunar persuasions.

Sooner or later, I need to finish a ton of projects I've had, so I'll be posting those here and over at the Jack O' Lantern MSH Blog. Among them is my 1980s work, my Bond sourcebook, and a few other write-ups here and there.

Thanks everybody!

Jack

How do you feel about Supernatural? There's a handful of regulars I'd like to see statted up, including Crowley (crossroads demon and later King of Hell), Abaddon (Knight of Hell), Cain, the Princes of Hell (Asmodeus, Azazel, Dagon, Ramiel), Lilith, Lucifer, and maybe even Amara / The Darkness.

Ash, Deadites and the tv series supporting characters would be cool. Also I can't seem to find Man-Wolf anywhere, although surely he got written up at some point.

I am doing some writeups myself of Planet of the Apes and Kamandi, and I tend to go thematic when I get started so now I am looking at Astronauts from Marvel and Marvel licensed properties, ie the Marvel magazine version of Planet of the Apes and so on.
